Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes for people, management of people along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across various sectors, working with managers and teams in order to enhance performance of their businesses, specifically during times of growth and fast change by creating, aligning and leading a global people strategy. Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and change management. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders as well as teams as the most competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and trained managers who have shown effectiveness and outcomes. Her work helped to develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer to Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non-profit organizations. These include being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women to become leaders.
