Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she came in third. In the summer of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness even though she being completely unprepared. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine along with bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
